            Philippine Leave Policies

            All employees are entitled to X leave credits per year. The total number of leave credits you can accrue will depend on your specific entitlement, as outlined in your Employment Agreement and/or Job Offer Letter.


            Accrual of Leave Credits

            • You will accumulate leave credits at a rate of X leave credits per year, which translates to X/12 leave credits per month, beginning from their first day of your employment.
            • Please note that while leave credits are accrued during your probationary period, it can only be utilized once you achieve regular employee status


            The maximum number of leave credits they can accumulate will depend on your client. This operates on a "battery system," meaning once the cap is reached, any additional leave credits will be forfeited.
