Who Do I Need To Inform About My Leave?
It is essential to inform your Line Manager when planning or reporting leaves. Please adhere to the following timelines for notifying and filing your leave:
- Sick Leave or Emergency Leave: Notify your Line Manager at least two (2) hours prior to the start of your shift. The leave should be formally filed within twenty-four (24) hours of returning to work.
- Vacation Leave: Provide your Line Manager with a minimum of two weeks' notice before the planned leave date, including filing.
Ensuring timely communication and filing helps maintain workflow efficiency and team preparedness. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us!
