What is a Paternity Leave in COL?

In Colombia (COL), Probationary and regular employees can use paternity leave to take the 2 weeks of paid leave when their partner gives birth or they adopt a child. This leave must be supported by a copy of the baby's birth certificate or adoption certificate, which must be attached to the leave request.


IMPORTANT REMINDER!

Our recommendation is that you should file your leave no less than 15 days from the date of leave.

All leaves usage is subject for approval from the your direct manager.
