What is a Leave With Pay in PH?

A Leave with pay is a benefit that can only be used by regular employees who have accrued leave credits. Upon regularization, you will be able to use you accrued leaves.


When Can You Use It?

  • You can start using your accrued leave credits upon regularization
  • You can use it for vacation leave, sick leave, emergency leave, foreign public holiday leave, and business shutdowns
  • You can also use it for a HALF-DAY Leave With Pay. This is a 4-hour leave which covers a half-day of work. This will consume 0.5 leave credits.


IMPORTANT REMINDER!

  • For sick leave or emergency leaves, notification should be at least two (2) hours before your shift time and should be filed within twenty-four (24) hours once you report back to work.
  • For vacation leave, our recommendation is that you should give your line manager no less than two weeks notice.
  • All leaves usage is subject for approval from the your direct manager. Taking leave without approval will be tagged as AWOL.
