What is the 8 Hrs Paid Time Off (PTO) in COL?
Regular employees in Colombia (COL) may request a full day off using this leave type, which is primarily governed by specific client decisions.
Probationary employees are eligible to access this benefit only if it was requested during the recruitment process and approved by managers during the Final Sign-Off stage.
Notably, these credits cannot be cashed out and must be used within the calendar year, as they expire on December 31st annually, ensuring that unused time off is forfeited at year-end. This policy encourages you to take advantage of their leave entitlement within the specified timeframe.
IMPORTANT REMINDER!
- Our recommendation is that you should file your leave no less than 15 days from the date of leave.
- All leaves usage is subject for approval from the your direct manager.
