What is Pre-Regularization Period or Probationary Period?

The Pre-Regularization Period, often called the Probationary Period, is a trial phase for new employees to assess their fit and performance in their role.

During this time, the employee's performance is evaluated based on key metrics to determine eligibility for regular employment. These Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) may include:

  • Technical and Functional Performance
  • Attendance and Punctuality
  • Client Satisfaction and Performance
  • Behavior and Conduct
  • Other Role-Relevant Performance Indicators

Please check your Business Position Analysis Report (BPAR) for more information on your KPIs.
