Job Responsibilities and Performance
- Adhere to Job Role and Expectations: Perform duties as outlined in your Business Position Analysis Report (BPAR), meeting performance expectations, and contributing to company objectives.
- Engage in Performance Management: Participate in performance reviews, provide feedback as requested, and work towards personal and professional development goals set during reviews.
- Cooperate with Performance and Disciplinary Procedures: Participate in discussions about performance issues or disciplinary actions and comply with action plans or improvement processes.
Compliance with Policies and Laws
- Follow Company Policies: Comply with your client and Filta policies, practices, and procedures, including code of conduct and confidentiality agreements.
- Compliance with Local Employment Laws: Adhere to local labor laws and regulations, including statutory leaves, health and safety, and other legal requirements.
- Uphold Professional Conduct: Maintain professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior in interactions with colleagues, your manager, and Filta.
Time, Attendance, and Leave Management
- Manage Time and Attendance: Accurately log work hours, attendance, and leave in the specified system.
- Manage Personal Benefits and Leave: Notify Filta and your manager in advance about planned leaves or unexpected absences, and submit required documentation for statutory benefits.
Communication and Coordination
- Communicate Effectively: Keep both your manager and Filta informed about issues or concerns related to your role, such as challenges, training needs, or personal circumstances.
- Participate in Onboarding and HR Processes: Complete onboarding tasks promptly, provide required documentation, and stay informed about benefits and statutory rights.
