What Happens After I Activate My Metrobank Payroll Account?

Once you have activated your Metrobank Payroll Account, you need to make sure to do these following:


1. Metrobank Online/Mobile Banking Integration

  • If you already have an existing Online or Mobile Account with Metrobank, you can seamlessly link your FiltaGlobal Philippines Inc. Metrobank payroll account.
  • Ensure you use the same mobile number in your current Online/Mobile Metrobank Account.
  • For assistance with Metrobank Online or Mobile Banking, refer to this link for an online walkthrough.


2. ATM Card Availability

  • To check the availability of your ATM Card, contact your Nominated Branch
  • Request the full name of the Metrobank staff who confirmed the availability of your ATM Card via phone. You may also visit your nominated branch to confirm the availability of your ATM card. 
  • Visit this link for the details of your Nominated Branch. You may search for your nominated branch's contact details online.
  • ATM cards and PIN mailer will be available for pickup at your Nominated Branch within the following timeframes:
    • 5 to 7 Banking Days (Metro Manila branches) upon receipt of this account activation notice.
    • 8 to 15 Banking Days (Provincial branches) upon receipt of this account activation notice.


3. ATM Card Pickup

  • If your ATM Card is available for pickup, you must personally claim it from your Nominated Branch within 30 business days. Failure to do so will result in the perforation of your ATM Card, and you'll need to request a replacement in your Nominated Branch for a fee of PHP 150.00. ATM Cards will not be delivered to you.
  • Once you claim your ATM Card, ensure that there are no special characters or spaces between digits in your account details.
    • Employee ID (example): PH0534
    • Birthday: Use the MMDDYYYY format
  • Please note that per Metrobank policy, representatives are not allowed to claim the ATM Card on behalf of the client.
  • Don't forget to bring a Valid Government-issued ID and a BLACK PEN when claiming your ATM Card.
