To streamline food allowances and address accessibility challenges in areas where FoodPanda is unavailable, the use of FoodPanda vouchers has been discontinued. Moving forward, all food and drink voucher requests will fall under "Cash Allowances" and will be transferred directly to your personal bank account indicated in FiltaHR

When can I expect to receive the cash allowance?

• Client Requests received by 12:00 PM (noon) Thursday Manila Time for Philippines Employees or 11:00 PM Wednesday Colombia Time for Colombia Employees: You can expect to receive the cash allowance by Friday of the same week. 

• Client Requests received after this cutoff: You can expect to receive the cash allowance by Friday of the following week.
