How do I request cash reimbursement?


To request a cash reimbursement, please fill out a ticket via our ticketing system requesting the payment.


In this ticket, you will need to include approval for the reimbursement from your manager and the relevant receipt. We’ll ensure the reimbursement is processed efficiently and securely, with the funds transferred to the bank details you have on file in FiltaHR. 


Resolution Time:


  • For amounts under USD 300: The transfer will be processed on the nearest Friday after the request is assessed.
  • For amounts over USD 300: We will need to issue the company you work for with a separate invoice for this reimbursement.  The transfer to you will then be processed on the nearest Friday following the payment of that invoice. 


Cutoff Period:


  • Requests received by 12:00 PM (noon) Thursday Manila Time for Philippines Employees or 11:00 PM Wednesday Colombia Time for Colombia Employees: These will then be paid on the Friday of the same week. 
  • Requests received after this cutoff: They will be paid on the Friday of the following week. 


This schedule ensures timely and efficient handling of cash reimbursement transfers. 


Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to ensure you receive your cash reimbursement smoothly:


Step 1: Access the Member Support Portal: Navigate to this link to initiate the cash reimbursement transfer process.


Step 2: Complete the Form: Fill in the necessary details:


  • Amount: Specify the reimbursement amount.
  • Approval: Attach the client’s approval for verification.
  • Receipt: Attach the receipt as proof of the reimbursement.


Step 3: Submit and Wait: After completing the form, submit it and wait for processing.


Step 4: Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email once the reimbursement has been successfully transferred to your bank account. Make sure to verify your bank details in FiltaHR to ensure the reimbursement is sent to the correct account.
